The characteristic
Tuscan farmhouse consists
of a central two storey building and an exposed brick rustic formerly used as stables and haybarn. The main building has been tastefully restored keeping its ancient atmosphere and thanks to the installation of modern systems its confortable and efficient.
The large, bright living area is welcoming with its handmade cotto and original floors and is well connected to a simple and functional kitchen.

The ground level include a dining room, two living rooms/studio perfect for working from home, a bathroom, laundry, storage area, italian oven for pizza.
A central stone stairway leads to the upper level where we find four spacious bright bedrooms and a well designed bathroom. From the four hectares garden its’ possible to enjoy the views on the nearby hills and on the Apuan Alps. Here one can take long relaxing walks and find biological rarities and animals.
